General Return Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged during delivery
  • The product delivered is incorrect
  • The product is defective (for non-perishable items)

To be eligible for a return:

Notify us within 24 hours of delivery for vegetables and fresh produce.
⏱ Non-Perishable Items
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Item must be unused and in original packaging.

Special Policy for Vegetables & Perishable Products

Since vegetables and fresh produce are perishable items, we do not accept returns due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Taste preference
  • Minor natural variations in size, color, or shape
  • Slight weight differences (within reasonable range)

However, refunds or replacements may be considered if:

  • The product is spoiled or rotten at the time of delivery
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The item is significantly damaged
⚠ī¸ Action Required: Customers must provide clear photos or videos as proof within 24 hours of delivery and ensure the product is stored properly after delivery. Failure to report within the required time may result in rejection of the claim.

Non-Perishable Agricultural Products

For seeds, tools, fertilizers, and other non-perishable farming products, returns may be accepted if:

  • The product is unused
  • The packaging is intact
  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
